📱 What do you actually need?
An iPhone or iPad to manage your queue with the Quevo Manager app. For customer check-ins, you can print a QR code (no hardware needed) or set up an iPad kiosk at your front desk.

Do I need an iPad for customer check-ins?
Not anymore. You can print a QR code and customers check in from their own phone. If you prefer a kiosk experience, any iPad from 2018 or newer works. You'll need an iPhone or iPad for the Quevo Manager app to manage your queue.
Does Quevo work on Android tablets?
Currently, Quevo works on iPads only. Android support is coming soon! Sign up to get notified when it's available.
Can I use my old iPad?
Yes! Any iPad from 2018 or newer works great. If you have an older model, it should still work but might be slower.
Do I need WiFi or cellular?
WiFi-only is perfect. You don't need a cellular iPad unless you want to use it away from your shop's WiFi.
Where should I buy my iPad?
Apple.com, Amazon, Best Buy, or Apple Store. All offer the same prices. Consider Apple's refurbished store for certified pre-owned iPads at great prices.
