Why do I need 2 iPads?
One iPad is for customers to check in at your front desk. The second iPad is for your manager dashboard to call customers, manage the queue, and track check-ins from anywhere in your shop.
Does Quevo work on Android tablets?
Currently, Quevo works on iPads only. Android support is coming soon! Sign up to get notified when it's available.
Can I use my old iPad?
Yes! Any iPad from 2018 or newer works great. If you have an older model, it should still work but might be slower.
Do I need WiFi or cellular?
WiFi-only is perfect. You don't need a cellular iPad unless you want to use it away from your shop's WiFi.
Where should I buy my iPad?
Apple.com, Amazon, Best Buy, or Apple Store. All offer the same prices. Consider Apple's refurbished store for certified pre-owned iPads at great prices.
