Can I still pick up calls myself?+
While forwarding is on, the AI answers every call. Turn forwarding off with *73 whenever you want the phone back.
What counts toward the 300 minutes?+
Every minute the AI is on a call, added up across the month. Past 300, it's $0.15 a minute, added to your next bill. Your dashboard shows the minutes used so far.
Do I need Quevo to use it?+
Yes. It reads your live Quevo line to give real wait times and adds callers to it, so it comes with Quevo's Growth or Pro plan.
