Delete your account

How to delete a Quevo account, or the data Quevo holds about you. This applies to the Quevo website, the Quevo Business app and the Quevo check-in iPad.

Business owners

1. Sign in at quevo.pro.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
3. Type your business name to confirm, then tap Delete account.

Can't sign in? Email hello@quevo.pro from the email on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

Staff

If you sign in to the Quevo Business app as a barber or front desk staff, ask the shop owner to remove you, or email hello@quevo.pro with your name and the shop's name.

Customers

If you checked in or booked at a shop that uses Quevo, email hello@quevo.pro with your phone number and the shop's name, and we'll delete your details.

What gets deleted

Deleting a business account removes the business profile, locations, staff, customers, check-in and booking history, photos, analytics and the subscription. Payment records we must keep for tax and accounting are kept only as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep data.
